Steps to reproduce:

1. Open NVDA
2. In any MS Word version, open the attached document
3. Press ctrl+shift+down arrow to select paragraphs of text and tables. Hold down the key stroke for 5 seconds or so.

Actual behavior:

NVDA exits with the following in the log (see comment above). The entire log file is also attached. But note that it is very long. The synthesizer is still working though and some key strokes are still intercepted by the synthesizer.

Expected behavior:

NVDA should not exit.
