I am unable to edit a profile that is not active.
When creating a profile for a self voicing application, and setting the synthesizer to no speech, I have trouble making adjustments to this profile.

A way to select and edit profiles that are not active.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Using an app module might work for developers, though for most users this is not very friendly.
Using a braille display to edit the profile when it is active, again not all users have these.

Additional context

Adding a control to the settings dialog to display/set the currently edited profile might help to resolve the regression described in #9239 (comment) : That now that the accessible title no longer holds the currently edited profile, when using NVDA+t the profile is not read anymore.
