Actual behaviour:

A prompt window with a button "OK", a graphic/icon and the following text (message) appears.

Reasons:

1. The NVDA About Window is no longer a prompt window. so pressing NVDA+N will open the NVDA menu even this new window is currently opened. This isn't the case yet in NVDA 2018.1 and 2018.3 Beta 3.
2. The NVDA Version data can be selected and copied on a quite easy way because it is reachable with one single press on TAB.
3. It's the same with the URL, which can also be make clickable. Pressing Return or clicking with the mouse on it will open the web browser.
4. I'm not sure if the GitHub URL is needed here, but you can add it too with the same behaviour.
5. The copyright text is also easier to access and read by using normal arrow keys for the navigation.
6. As there are different languages available on the official site, I guess the label "Localized licence URL" isn't needed here anymore. So you might have to change the copyright text a little bit because of that.
7. Please also note that all URLs in the new About Window must start with https://.
8. The donation text has the same behaviour as the copyright text. If you want to add the "Donate" button, you have to change this text also a little bit.
9. This new window can be also closed by the ESC key. Maybe this has to be defined especially for this new window.
10. The NVD About Window isn't closed automatically by clicking on the URLS or on the "Donate" button. It only can be closed via the "Close" button or via the ESC key.

Two little translation errors (German, de-de):

• "Gnu-Lizenz" » "GNU-Lizenz"
• "finden  Sie" » "finden Sie"
  There is one space too much. Because of HTML it isn't visible in the quote. I added a no-break space only in this section here to make it visible.
