Tony Malykh's Sentence Nav add-on is a most valuable resource. Not only does it resolve #5805, but it allows reading by sentence in a wide variety of applications. I humbly suggest that the facility to read by sentence should be an integral component of a screen reader. I have checked with Tony and he is happy for me to make this suggestion.
