From a user perspective, it doesn't make sense to move the caret in an object without the focus being in that object. Therefore, I think that the functionality of the moveCaretHere script should become a double press of the moveFocus script. This frees up a key and logically groups the functionality together. Note that it is still useful to move the focus without moving the caret, hence the double press.
