Allow enumerations and bullets in MS Word to be treated as lists by NVDA, even though "lists" in document formating is deactivated #7742

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open attached document
  2. be sure that lists are deactivated in document formating settings
  3. Be sure that punctuation is set on all in voice settings

Expected behavior:

NVDA should read on each line the level of enumeration and the shape of bullets. More exactly, MS Word creates a list with all elements you enumerate. This kind of list should be recognized by NVDA as such when "lists" is deactivated in document formating. That means, "one", "one point one", "bullet", "dash" should be reported according to the list element.

Actual behavior:

When "lists" is disabled, navigating by arrow keys, NVDA speaks only the text after the bullet / numbers. If you place the cursor on the first letter on a line and press the left arrow key to move to the bullet or number, NVDA freezes for some mili seconds and just repeats the first letter instead of reading the type of bullet or number. The freezing issue occurs indifferent which language / speech API / level of punctuation is being selected.
