Steps to reproduce:

With NVDA running:

1. Start Microsoft Outlook 2016 or older
2. Create a new Appointment (Home -> New Items -> Appointment)
3. Notice NVDA announces many of the labels and controls as the dialog description when it gets focus. E.g. "Untitled Appointment dialog Retention Policy Archiv Expires Location Start time End time Notes"

Expected behavior:

As there is no useful description, NVDA should just announce "Untitled Appointment dialog".
