Could you add a description on this PR about why espeak-data becomes espeak-ng-data.
I also noticed that installer.py references espeak-data and .gitignore

In this newer revision of espeak-ng, the espeak-data directory has been renamed to espeak-ng-data, thus NVDA has been changed to use this new directory name.
Also, a log message was changed to reflect that we are using eSpeak NG, not eSpeak -- this was missed when we first switched to espeak NG.
