1. Run NVDA without add-ons
2. Start an application which triggers a config profile
3. Press nvda+ctrl+f3
4. Switch back to the normal configuration by shutting down the triggering app

Expected: NVDA switches back to the normal configuration
actual result: The triggered profile is still active.
