I thought you might want to know, it is possible for us to create an issues and pull requests template [https://github.com/blog/2111-issue-and-pull-request-templates] which allows an issue to have a template with sections like issue, steps to reproduce, expected behavior. Also for pull requests, we could allow users to base their pr on a template.
