Use eSpeak, like I have done, to read this text. Set symbol level to "Some" first.
NVDA has some issues reading portions of text (sometimes) when there is a full stop after a link. This is (sometimes) unavoidable – it is hard to fix – but the screen reader still functions very well.
The word sometimes is in brackets/parentheses on both occasions. An en dash is also in the mix on two occasions. It would be lovely if NVDA could pause speech, no matter what synthesizer, when it encounters characters like these.
