Excel suggestion: it will be useful to get the list of sheets in a place so that a person can quickly browse through the sheets and select the sheet as per the requirement. It will consume less time than using CTRL+PAGE UP/PAGE DOWN.
Use case:
If a person is working in a call Centre, there could be scenarios where a tele caller has to browse a large number of sheets, for example, 25. In such case, CTRL+PAGE UP/DOWN, will consume a lot of time and response time for a caller may increase in case of a visually impaired employee of a call in comparison to a sighted employee. As a caller may not know that the call is attended by a visually impaired person, may become impatient on such a delayed response leading to a bad effect on an organization’s customer service quality.
For example, in a DTH company, there could be sheets with the name of the packages available with names like English news pack, English movies pack, cartoon pack etc. with info about the nu e number of channels, name of the channels, cost for each channel etc. if a caller asks a person about the cost of a particular channel or pack to a visually impaired employee on the receiving end of the call, the employee will have to quickly reach out to the sheet and quickly inform the caller about the information asked for.
In such case either a separate dialog collecting only the sheets could be made available or in elements list dialog with NVDA+F7, sheets can be listed out for a user.
