In the Windows Vista/Windows 7 logon screen, when a user enters an incorrect password, an error is displayed informing the user of the error. However, this error is not presented in a separate dialog, but rather, it just seems to replace the username/password entry section. Because there is no dialog and the pane doesn't get replaced, the focus ancestry doesn't change and so NVDA does not report the error, only the OK button. We need to find some way to report this error.
