Steps to reproduce
Launch Skype (latest stable version).
Choose a contact from the Contacts list.
Tab to the 'Send Contacts & Media' button and Hit Enter.
Expected Result: NVDA will automatically announce the new item gaining focus which in this case is 'Photos'.
Actual Result: NVDA remains silent.
