Just like there is a feature in JAWS named JAWS Tandum, there could be a feature in NVDA named NVDA Tandum.
I presume that you have sufficient knowledge about JAWS Tandum to decide whether you can/should implement such a feature in NVDA. However, for reference if you need some more information I will copy paste the JAWS Tandum Guide here.
