On using UP ARROW to enter the table from a line below the table, no information about the coordinates of the cell and about the focus inside a table is given.
Steps to reproduce.

1. Open a document that has table in it. Please see the attachment.
2. Go to the end of the document and start reading the document with UP ARROW.
3. please note that no info is given when one enters the table using the UP ARROW. No cell coordinates are read on the last row.
