Steps to reproduce:

  • Go to the notifications page in twitter.com
  • Navigate to the main landmark.
  • Arrow down through the page.

Result: The landmark and "list with X items" is announced each time you arrow down.
I have notified this to Twitter and they said it's not an issue of them.
