Hi,
This might be related to #3849 - in Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 8.1, items in Favorites list is not announced in next.10304.

STR:

1. Using next.10304, start IE11 in Windows 8.1.
2. Open a menu other than favorites such as File. NVDA reads the menu items.
3. Open Favorites menu (Alt+A). Here NVDA does not announce menu items.

Additional findings:

• When using object navigation from within menu items, NVDA announces the actual menus as context menus when they are not.
• One can move to next or previous menu items via object navigation but this is no longer the case with Favoriates menu.
• This does not occur with master snapshots or 2013.3. This was tested with IE11 desktop version.
