NVDA does not use the Tamil CharacterDescriptions.dic and Symbols.dic files when "Tamil" language is chosen in the voice settings. We have to use "Tamil" interface to use these files.

This problem is only in NVDA 2013.2 and was not seen in NVDA's recent earlier versions.
