This issue might or might not be related to #3518.
When downloaded an MS Word document from the internet, Microsoft Word 2010 takes security measures and opens the document in protected view, which is a read only mode.

• When opening a document in protected view, an empty pane has the focus, window class _WwB
• With object navigation, it is possible to navigate to the Microsoft Word document window which contains the read only content of the document. It is also possible to move the focus to the navigator object and thereafter read the document contents with the arrow keys. Window class of the document window is _WwG
• When in protected view, the window title is similar to 'nvda_testfile.doc (Protected View) - Microsoft Word'
• So, when in protected view, NVDA focus should automatically be changed to the document window _WwG
