I would have liked to give you a more helpful description of the error. First I don't understand when it occurs: in this context, it was when I opened InstantBird (NVDA error sound and an entry in the log). But sometimes it crashes completely, everytime a key that changes the focus (like up and down-arror or ALT + tab) is pressed, the same thing appears and I didn't find a way around it, except starting NVDA again.
