MSO generic controlcontainer… an irrelevant msg is given onopening the manage alerts and rules dialog.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the Home tab and ARROW to rules.
2. Select manage alerts and rules from the rules grouping.
3. The dialog opens.
4. NVDA gives an irrelevant “mso generic control….”before announcing the focused controlin the dialog.
