In a list, CTRL+UP ARROW and CTRL+DOWN ARROW the paragraph reading commands read each para twice. On second key press, instead of going to the previous/next para the same para is rad second time also. One has to press the command third time in order to read the previous/next paragraph.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a document that has paragraphs in lists.
2. Read the previous paragraph in the list with the CTRL+UP ARROW.
3. On firs use of the command the previous para is read.
4. Again use the same para reading command.
5. Instead of reading the previous para, the same para is read.
6. This can be observed with CTRL+DOWN ARROW as well.
