ALT+UP ARROW and ALT+DOWN ARROW are not available as sentence navigation for reading text with NVDA.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a MS Word document.
2. Read the document with the sentence reading command-ALT+UP ARROW and ALT+
   DOWNARROW.
3. These commands are not available
