When in the "Elements List" dialog, using a capital letter in the "Filter by" field will result in no results. Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to www.nvda-project.org with any browser.
2. Open the Elements List with NVDA+F7.
3. Press Alt+F to focus on the "Filter by" field, and enter "nvda".
4. Result: Filter applied successfully.
5. Now focus on the same filed again, and type in "NVDA".
6. Result? No results will be given.
