Hi,
When viewing saved PowerPoint files in Office PowerPoint 2007, the names or titles of slides are not announced. Normally, the names or titles of slides are announced, whereas using NVDA snapshot 5744, NVDA reads slide number.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a PPT or PPTX file in PowerPoint 2007. Open a file that has more than one slide (make sure that the slides have a title).
  2. When PowerPoint opens, you'll be placed at a list of slides. Press UP and DOWN arrows to move through a list of slides.
  3. As you arrow through the slides, NvDA announces slide number, slide view.

Current message: "slide number, slide view"
Expected message: "Slide number, slide title, slide view" or "slide title, slide view".

Thanks.
