NVDA must provide to user easy way changing the labels for punctuation characters, so user will be not forced to edit actual language file nor change the NVDA source. Such feature is required especially by users, who mother language has long punctuation names (russian, for example). it will be very usefull when user needs to work with texts, where punctuation has primary sense (programming).
