If you tab to the spin button at the url below and use the up and down arrow keys to change the value, Firefox fires a value changed notification, but NVDA doesn't announce anything. Tested with 2012.2 and nightly build.

Chrome didn't have the right role mapping for spin buttons, but I'm in the middle of fixing it now; it should work the same in Chrome in a few days when I land the change.
