Currently, we use the MSAA role to determine whether a header is a row header or a column header. Unfortunately, Adobe Reader doesn't take the Scope attribute into account when determining these roles, so NVDA needs ot handle this directly. We'll still use the MSAA role for headers with no Scope attribute.
