Steps to reproduce
Actual behavior
Magnifier says it restart at level 10x, but it actually uses a 2x zoom level. It can be confirmed by speech when using zoom in/out commands.
Expected behavior
Magnifier should restart to level 10x.
Actually, since the label of the control is no longer "Default zoom level", the 10x level should even take effect as soon as OK is pressed, or, let's hope one day, immediately.
