Steps to reproduce

With Windows, NVDA and speech voice in French:

• Open Math settings
• Look at speech style current value
• Open the combobox and look at available values

Actual behavior

• Speech style is empty
• Only "Litteral speech" is available; according to the User Guide, there are more.

Expected behavior

• Speech style should be something
• The content of the list and the User Guide should be consistent, i.e. the user Guide should specify more clearly that the available speech styles depend on the languages.

In the GUI:

• If language is automatic, it should be a MathCAT available language anyway, i.e. with French voice, MathCAT tries to map to French, but it is not supported. Thus it fals back to English. Thus when the GUI is opened or when the language is changed in the GUI, the language style should be repopulated with the existing language types for the selected language. Today, the language styles list seems to be populated when the dialog opens but not when you change the language.
• Ideally, the "Automatic" item should also indicate the actual language used by MathCAT, i.e. English when using a French voice.
