Brief summary
When the support of 32-bit synthesizers was re-added to alpha versions of NVDA, the capital pitch change feature did not start to work like in earlier versions supporting 32-bit synthesizers.

Actual behavior
- Launch any application that makes it possible to type in text like Notepad, Notepad++ etc.
- Type in text using both capital and small letters when "Speak typed characters" is enabled.
- Even if Capital pitch change percentage is set to something else than 0, the capital letters will now be spoken in the same pitch than the small ones when using a 32-bit synthesizer in alpha versions of NVDA.
- Read the text character by character, and no difference in the pitch will be heard even then.
Expected behavior
When typing in or reading text character by character, the capital letters should be spoken in a different pitch than the small ones if Capital pitch change percentage is set to something else than 0.
