Issue discovered while testing #19172, which defines such gestures with num lock on.

Steps to reproduce

• enable numlock
• open the Input gestures dialog
• In the tree, select a script, e.g. Mouse -> Scroll down at the mouse position
• Press Add button
• Press control+numpadPlus
• select a choice, e.g. the one for all layouts

Actual behavior

When you need to choose a layout, you get proposals for "ctrl+num lock" gesture. After you have chosen, you get ""ctrl+num lock"" in the gestures tree.

Note that if you save the gestures, the gesture in gestures.ini is correct though

Expected behavior

In the layout choice menu and in the gestures tree, you should have "ctrl+num lock+numpad plus" instead.
