my arabic sapi5 voices isn't working in the new 64bit alfa biulds

Steps to reproduce

1.run a 64 build of nvda
2. try using an arabic voice

Actual behavior

i hear no sound at all from the arabic voice

Expected behavior

i shuld hear the arabic voice normally

Have you tried any other versions of NVDA? If so, please report their behaviors.

2025.3 works good, i didn't try any other alfa biuld.
