High memory usage after updating to x64 alpha version #19031

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install and run 32 bit nvda snapshot.
  2. Check nvda.exe committed memory in task manager
  3. Install and run latest x64 alpha.
  4. Check nvda.exe committed memory in task manager.

Actual behavior

On step 4 i can observe values around 490 mb.

Expected behavior

Committed memory usage should be about 60-70 mb, as on previous versions.

NVDA logs, crash dumps and other attachments

image captioner is disabled, I'm sure of this.
