Cursor routing keys currently move the cursor, but do not allow for activation of objects. This requires the user to use the keyboard for this task.

I think routing should still move the browse mode cursor. However, pressing a routing key where the cursor is already located should activate the object under the cursor. In other words, if the cursor isn't already in the required position, the user will double press a routing key to activate the associated object.

There's no elegant way to handle this in NVDA's current API. Perhaps we need to introduce an !TextInfo.activateStart method or similar.
