Steps to reproduce:
- Update to the latest available alpha build of NVDA (alpha-52548,9996c490 (2026.1.0.52548) at the time of this writing).
- Open NVDA's settings.
- Navigate to the "Vision" category.
- Activate the checkbox "Enable Highlighting".
Actual behavior:
- The following error message is displayed in a dialog: "Vision Enhancement Provider Error. Could not load the Visual Highlight vision enhancement provider".
- The "Visual Highlight" feature is not enabled.
Expected behavior:
The "Visual Highlight" feature is enabled.

I haven't tried, but considering the issue does not affect older versions of NVDA, I doubt that it is related.
