Reproduction steps:
Save the configuration with the screen curtain enabled, and configure it to use the saved configuration for the Windows login screen as well.
Actual behavior:
The screen curtain should be enabled when you turn on the computer, but sometimes it fails to do so.
Expected behavior:
Since NVDA is configured with the screen curtain enabled, the screen curtain should also be enabled at the Windows login screen.
