Reproduction steps:

Save the configuration with the screen curtain enabled, and configure it to use the saved configuration for the Windows login screen as well.

Actual behavior:

The screen curtain should be enabled when you turn on the computer, but sometimes it fails to do so.

Expected behavior:

Since NVDA is configured with the screen curtain enabled, the screen curtain should also be enabled at the Windows login screen.

Does the problem persist after running the COM Registry Fix Tool from NVDA's tools menu?

I haven't tried it, but it's unlikely this tool will fix the problem.
