NVDA doesn't send pitch information when selecting single capitalized characters #18360

@mdlawler

Description

@mdlawler

Steps to reproduce:

In Notepad or any text editor type a word with upper case characters and then use shift-right or shift-left arrow to select by character.

Actual behavior:

NVDA will say "x selected" where x is the character your selecting in lower case.

Expected behavior:

I would expect a pitch indication to show I'm selecting upper case characters if I have that option set.
