Currently NVDA project is using typing-extensions 4.9 released in December 2023.

Describe the solution you'd like

As part of NVDA 2025.1 milestone, let's upgrade to typing-extensions 4.12.2 or a later release. Among other things, 4.12.2 incudes support for Python 3.13 and later.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Leave current typing-extensions dependency as is.
