Electron: Unable to report status bar #17339

Follow-up of #17190

Because objectFromPoint can't get the correct NVDAObject, all related functionality is broken.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open VS Code (or other Electron apps with a status bar)
  2. Using the Report Status Bar Command

Actual behavior:

Report ‘No status bar’

Expected behavior:
