Users would prefer the ability to separate the reporting of document information between speech and braille.
Describe the solution you'd like
Change the checkboxes under "Document information" in "Document formatting" to dropdowns, allowing users to select betwen off, speech, braille and speech and braille.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Implementing a tab control where users can set speech and braille reporting separately.
