Dialog created when NVDA+f or NVDA+k are pressed twice is much higher than needed #16727

Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Press NVDA+f twice and note the height of the dialog
Press NVDA+k twice and note the height, and width of the dialog

Both dialogs take up most of the height of my screen although visually only the top 1/4 to 1/3 is actually used.

The link destination dialog also runs longer URLs off the right hand edge of the window, with a scroll bar at the bottom. I wonder if this would work better (for those who can see it) if it wrapped the text?

Describe the solution you'd like

Resize the dialogs to fit the contents.

Describe alternatives you've considered

This is purely visual and has no impact on how NVDA reads the information in the dialogs.

Additional context

Tested with NVDA 2024.2 RC2.

In NVDA 2020.2 and earlier, the dialog was overly small, not fitting all the information on screen and always using scroll bars. In NVDA 2020.3, we enlarged the window, which (testing now) appears to be the same size as currently.
