Steps to reproduce:
- Install nvda2024.1 Alpha version;
- Install some add-ons that are not yet adapted to 2024.1.
Actual behavior:
The "Disabled" menu item still appears under the Actions menu under the "Updatable add-ons" and "Available add-ons" tabs.
I suspect this is a regression caused by #15860.
Expected behavior:
Due to incompatibility, these add-ons are disabled and should not appear as a disabled menu item in the action menu under any tab.
