NVDA 2023.3 beta no longer reads all columns in the list of problem reports in the Reliability Monitor #15541

@btman16

Description

@btman16

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Reliability Monitor (Security and Maintenance, press space on Maintenance, then press enter on View Reliability History).
  2. Arrow through the list of problems/events (you can see some after performing a Windows Update).

Actual behavior:

Only the name is spoken, such as "2023-09 Cumulative update for Windows" instead of the other columns being spoken as well.

Expected behavior:

The other columns should be spoken as well, as this worked in 2023.2 before SyslistView32 was using UIA.
