Steps to reproduce:

1. On Windows 10 or 11, open Task Manager and focus the details tab.
2. Arrow through the processes rapidly.

Actual behavior:

NVDA is extremely slow to respond in this list (it's probably due to the fix for UIA and SysListView32).

Expected behavior:

NVDA should keep up as I arrow, responding quickly and reading each process, as it does in 2023.2.
