Steps to reproduce:

1. Install alpha-29134 and go to the add-on store.
2. Go to the Available Add-ons tab and check 'Include incompatible add-ons'.
3. Uncheck 'Include incompatible add-ons' when incompatible add-ons are displayed in the add-on list.

Actual behavior:

Incompatible add-ons are still included in the add-on list.

Expected behavior:

Incompatible add-ons are no longer included in the add-on list.
