Steps to reproduce:

1. ensure to have UIA disabled for Word documents;
2. open Report background and highlighting colors in Microsoft Word #5866 attachment;
3. scroll to "Red highlight" line;
4. press NVDA+f to query formatting.

Actual behavior:

NVDA reports only text and background color (nothing in red).

Expected behavior:

NVDA should say "highlighted in red" or similar.

I'll provide a fix in minutes.
