Steps to reproduce:

STR1

1. Open add-on store
2. Go to add-on list (the first add-on will be selected)
3. Press NVDA+pavNum8 to move the nav object to the whole list
4. Tab until you reach the field "Other details"
5. Press shift+numpad2 to hear it's shortcut key

Actual behavior:

3. I can hear "All Installed add-ons list"
4. The name ("Other details"), the role and the first line of this control are reported.
5. "No shortcut key" (or something similar) is reported.

Expected behavior:

3. I can hear "All Installed add-ons list alt+l", i.e. the name, the role and the shortcut key of this control. This would be the same behaviour as the "Categories" settings panel in the multi-category settings dialog.
4. The name ("Other details"), the shortcut key ("alt+o"), the role and the first line of this control are reported.
5. "alt+o" is reported

Additional notes

• The shortcuts cannot be discovered visually either for sighted people.
• The shortcut is not translatable. This may be specifically problematic in languages where the letter in the accelerator is not part of the translated string. An example in French: "Other details" translates to "Autres détails" which does not contain "O" at all.
