Steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure Use UI Automation to access Microsoft Excel spreadsheet controls when a is enabled in NVDA Advance setting
2. Open any excel file and fill it with table-like data with column and row headers
3. go to empty cell A1 and press application key
4. press up arrow two times to select define name
5. enter "title" and press enter
6. try moving around the table, NVDA does not report the headers, neither column headers nor row headers
7. go to NVDA Advance setting and uncheck Use UI Automation to access Microsoft Excel spreadsheet controls when a
8. Return to the previous excel table, the headers are reported by NVDA now
